Toronto Media Is Already In Midseason Form, Ask Craig Berube If It's Time To Panic After 2 Preseason Losses For Maple Leafs
That's the good stuff right there. When we're talking peak Toronto media, it's this moment right here. Already starting to run the coach out of town after 2 preseason games. Games in which guys like Nikita Grebyonkin, Dennis Hildeby, Dakota Mermis, Nicolas Mattinen, and Bobby McMann are in the lineup. Craig Berube probably doesn't even know all of these guys' names yet, and Toronto media is already sounding the panic alarm.
You really have to wonder at this point if tomorrow night's game against Montreal is a must-win. I mean, sure, Auston Matthews hasn't even put on his jersey yet this year. But if the Leafs start the preseason 0-3? It might be time to blow the whole thing up. I don't think any team in the history of history has ever come back to win the Cup after starting the preseason 0-3. It needs to be a full blown Panic! At The Disco concert in Toronto right now.

A lot of folks would be worried that they'd come off like the biggest dipshit to exist by asking a question like that. But not her.
